Guest guest
Hi Doug, I had diarrhea when I added butter, so did hubby but nothing alarming just 3 times a day and cleared up. It must be toxins after my stools start to take on a harder texture each day till it's almost perfrect. BUt with my recent cheat it became soft again. Hmmm. Then I had food poisoning. Now I'm on baking soda so it is still lumpy but I'm not bothered. As long as I can functon and don't feel awful. Joni My wife has had borderline diarrea for the past month (which sure beats her constipation prior to that IMO!) To refresh, I believe she has a lot of heavy metal contamination from living in Russia and eating polluted foods and contaminated fish. We have been 100% on all supplements and the diet for several weeks, and no cheats. I told her she's probably just doing too much butter or VCO, and to scale them back a little and just take baby steps. The diarrea isn't intolerable or anything, but she does have to go many times per day. She thinks maybe it's good and that toxins are going out???? *** My first question is, is the diarrea detrimental or a bad thing?? Or is it simply part of this whole thing in the early stages? I'm having it on and off myself, but nothing horrible. I'm probably up to 4-5 T of VCO and lots of butter. I'm not having any horrible die-off symptoms, other than occasional diarrea. --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Search.
