I'm sorry if this is answered on the site somewhere, but I am somewhat

exhausted from looking over all Bee's great stuff for more than two weeks.

My computer concentration ability is suffering a lot too.

Briefly, I started a modified Selected Carbohydrate Diet 3 months ago and

within two days felt a lot better. I picked up for a couple of weeks then

leveled off at about 70% of normal (a big improvement notheless). This led

me to question what was going on and came back to the Candida possibility

as the SCD diet has many attributes of a good Candida diet. To address this

started to shift into Bees dietary program slowly and increase fats, etc.

However, as I do this, it seems like my digestion labours when I decrease the

carbos and increase the fats and rely more on protien at almost every meal.

And yes, I am not doing too much protein and am only up to maybe 40 grams

of fat per day and 1 tablespoon of VCO.

I sense that something is overloading and it is coming out in my urine as it

smells bad (though clear) and I am extremely tired. My whole digestive

process feels very heavy.

Mini background info. - I am 57, was super healthy and active with excellent

diet. Been more severely ill for 3 years. Have had every test under the sun

and some. Seen lots of docs of all types. No-one knows what is happening.

For sure it is my gut though and I hit lots of Candida symptoms.

I know this is very simplified but I don't want to post a long treatise. Just

looking for some direction within my limited energy. The pee thing is an

indicator I think, but no satisfactory explanation after Googling it.

Thank you very much...
