Guest guest
I started taking 3 mg of ldn 2 nights ago. I do seem to feel a little better than I did before I started taking it, however, I haven't been able to sleep at all since then. Is this something any of you have experienced? If so how long does it take to get over it.

Guest guest
I also experience very restless sleep. Like I told in an earlier post, I'm death-tired all day. Because I am a single mom with 3 young children, I really cannot afford to be so tired (who can?). Last nightI wanted, needed sleep. I took 2 paracetamol before going to bed. I slept restless, very vivid dreams about my new alarmsystem;o( But did sleep. 3.30 a.m. I had it and took 2 more paracetamol. Slept like a baby until I had to get up at 7.30 am. Felt so much better today. Not that I want to encourage others to do the same, not at all. Its just my story... Guest guest
It’s so odd I have heard of vivid disturbing dreams and for the first week or a little less I did have vivid but good dreams. And I have slept like a baby every night but one due to another health problem… UGH LOL I hope you get the much needed sleep! *hugs* & G_d Bless From: cheystay [mailto:c_chey@...] Sent: Thursday, January 08, 2004 1:20 PM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: ldn and sleep I also experience very restless sleep. How long does it last? for me the jury is still out on how endorphins change sleep... I feel groggier in the morning and better as the day goes on (not tired) if your child is still not full grown, perhaps it's time to look at uldn.
