Guest guest
G'day Folks, I have been taking LDN now for 8 months to treat my Fibromyagia. I prepare my dosage of 4.5 to 4.8 by grinding a 50mg Revia tablet to powder, making a line of the powder and dividing it into 10 piles. The powder includes the caplet " jacket " which is about 5mg. I then divide the powder into 10 equal piles and place each pile into an empty capsule. I then have 10 capsules. Allowing for the coating and minor losses I have 10 capsules within the above tolerance. The Revia costs AU$170 for 30 and 300 empty capsules cost AU$50. I get about AU$100 back from my health fund so 300 capsules costs me AU$120. I have found I am much improved now in the mornings but pain increases by mid afternoon and then stabilizes about 7p.m. The degree of pain depend on physical activity and how well I am managing my energy " bank account " . If I overdraw I Flair. I'm somewhere middle ground symptom wise. Five years ago I was running half-marathons. Now I can slowly walk about 3klms on level ground most days. My principal pain area is my back and spine.
