Guest guest
Dear Bee, Hope that all is well with you. I have a question about niacin, please. When I take Niacin (300mgs a time, now) I get a lovely warming flush, but it is immediately followed by an extreme feeling of cold thoughout my body, which lingers for a long time. I get so freezing! I have to wear three woolly jumpers and hug the fire until some warmth penetrates me, but even then, my fingers are cold for a long time. I used to suffer with cold feet and a cold bottom, but never in the hands and the rest of my body as happens after taking niacin. Is this normal? Do you know what causes it? And will it go away in time? Thank you so much in advance, for any advice. With love, Nicola
