Guest guest
, Have you ever tried to drink water of half your body weight in ounces a day? I find this really helps me with a variety of PMS issues, sore breasts included. Plus, for some reason, it relaxes me throughout the rest of the month, and I can feel a difference in how I move around. It takes a while to get used to (running to the bathroom and all), but after my body adjusted, my bladder seemed to grow even stronger, and I was urinating less than before. Although with that much water, fluoride issues can arise, which I've read can adversely affect the thyroid. --- and Irwin <familyirwin@...> wrote: > Thanks for this feedback Venizia. Guest guest
Hi , Now that you mention it, I haven't been drinking the greatest. I have heard that drinking 1/2 body weight in ounces is a great thing to do. And, you are probably right, I could very well be dehydrated. Thanks for the ideas! I just got finished eating 3 brazille nuts, and juicing 3 oz of wheatgrass! Here we go!!
