Guest guest Posted January 11, 2004 Report Share Posted January 11, 2004 Thare have been several posts regarding an afternoon " slump " of sorts and asking if there were any thoughts on how to keep the endorphins going during the day. I'm not sure but I think what I got from what Dr. Bihari has said in his radio interview, one can take a supplement called DL-Phenylalanine. I bought some at the local vitamin shoppe and started taking it about a week or so ago. Not sure if it is doing anything for me. Someone also stated that Cayanne pepper would do the same thing. Not sure who is taking it but perhaps that person could post something about that as well.
