I would certainly think so. However, I don't use laxatives but instead I

just increase my Vitamin C dosage. Receive at least two benefits that way,

antioxidant action and a good cleaning out!

A lot of times, constipation problems can be solved with dietary changes like increasing the roughage/fiber in the diet. So, eat the heck out of them thar greens.
