Guest guest
, I only started on the candida diet 5 weeks ago, but before I was not able to wear any tight fitting pants or even nylons because it would bother my stomach. When I learned that I have candida, h-pyloria, ulcers and leaky gut I assumed that the pain in my stomach was a symptom...not sure if this means you have not rid your body of all the nasty stuff yet?? Audrey McCaffrey~ Wellness Coach audrey_m@... www.audrey.advancingwithus.com Stool question So my question regarding stool is this .... Even now that I have effectively rid myself of candida (or so I suspect by my lack of symptoms), I still have pencil-like stools. I take quite a bit of magnesium, which is a very effective stool softener, and if I miss my mag. for the day, I get constipated ,but still then they are hard, small pencil-sized, at their worst more like rabbit-pellets (TMI, sorry). Additionally, I have never been able to wear anything other than elastic-waist pants. Jeans are terribly uncomfortable and make my stomach ache, anything that has no give in the stomach area. I need very loose fitting clothing. Is this all indicative of digestive/bowel issues, and if so, what? Guest guest
Hi - I apologize ahead of time for being so graphic, but I have a question about my stool. Yesterday I was able to get my fat intake up with chicken fat. I also ate chicken throughout the day (120 grams) and some red peppers. This morning my stool is sort of runny with little, cream colored, round chunks in it that look waxy. I am not sure what that might be - fat? Thoughts? a

The only way those fats could ever show up in your stools is by a fine oil slick on the surface of the water in the toilet. That would simply mean your body " threw off " some fats it didn't need. Guest guest
Betsy, Your problem of Steatorrhea may be related to improper fermentation in your stomach. If you are mixing carbs and protein or fruit and veggie and protein these combos will no ferment correctly. Than in the small intestine these combos will not get used properly and be flushed out. In an electrical aspect, improper food combining creates free radicalls and associated toxins which harm the microorganisms in us and their home, the villi, which are part of the electrical system in the body. The health of the microorganisms and villi are PARAMOUNT to our health, with out them we cannot be healthy. Am I understanding correctly that this is my body getting rid of the toxins? If I go off the diet my stool is almost normal. Does this mean the yeast is being fed so no loose stool? It's kind of the opposite of the thinking I was raised with so it's a bit difficult to change my thinking. Also I have Steatorrhea, with all this extra fat not being absorbed is it doing any good? Or is it causing harm? Should I consume smaller amounts of fat and use the other anti-fungal tools? Thanks, Betsy
