Hi Kathy,

I change to Lactose filler 5 months ago, at your suggestion, Sis,

and I am doing much better. I also raised doseage to 4.5mg, just a

few days ago. I seem to be ok with the 4.5, a little stiffness, but

manageable, and hopefully that will go away, as soon as my body is

used to the change.
