A picture is now a powerful thing for New Hampshire residents with disabilities. A new law that went into effect this month allows people with disabilities to snap pictures of cars parked illegally in handicapped spaces and submit the photos, along with a sworn statement, to the local police. The police then track down the driver and issue a ticket.
