Guest guest
From a medical perspective, it is better to get your body used to having a few days off LDN. This frees up the receptors, normalizes things. Remember, how LDN acts is by generating an endorphin pulse. If you have the switch on all the time, you will run out of juice. Guest guest
To me neither. If what you say is so ( I don't say I disbelieve, just questioning), then I should stop Baclofen, antidepressant and anthistamin too every now and then? Doesn't seem right to me. Can you explain? Guest guest
Please Larry, Get off of your paranoid soap box. This is a support forum for ill people and their quest for feeling better through the use od LDN, and the compassionate words of all our members. Apparently whoever found fault with your methods, did so in private and you should have responded in kind.....instead of spewing your venom here. I am serious, when I say, that you should probably coinsider seeing a neuropsycologist. We do not have the expertise to deal with your issues here, and we certainly don't need the added stress. Guest guest
Bou: It may be best to leave that question unanswered !. Yash --- In low dose naltrexone , " Bou " <lswillia@b...> wrote: > , no one is trying to make Tatiana feel bad, and no one is having control issues. Tatiana misunderstood that some remarks/questions here were directed to Yash--not to her. Yash said some things in response to Tatiana's question, some statements about it being medically best to stop LDN so as not to have an " endorphin switch " on all the time. This made no sense to me or to some others, and we'd like to know the basis of Yash's claim. That's all. > > > > Galoux > > Tatiana really don't let others make you feel like crap over asking a simple question (some people have real control issues.). > > > > <snip>
Guest guest
I'd recommend taking it every night for as long as you feel that it is helping you. If you get to wondering about it's effect, then stop for a couple of nights and see how you feel then. Some people crash if they miss just one night and then there are others who feel rejuvenated when they start taking it again. It depends upon the individual's body as to whether to cycle or take it steadily.
