Guest guest
I have a question for Bee. I notice that i have a horrible anxiety about my abilities and knowledge only when i am taking vit C in any form (something like die off, but it is not like CO or garlic die off, i feel extremely tired, like i wont to disapear, just to lie down and wait that simhptoms are gone). Why that happens? I would stop taking it, but it is imprtant part of the diet. Similar filling i have after taking sauerkraut, but not so extreme. Thanks Bee for your time

Check your vitamin C to ensure it doesn't contain weird stuff. What brand are you using, etc. ? Bee

Is that make sense? ==>Hi Miodrag. Welcome to our Group. I'm don't know what the word " scrathing " means. Can you use other words to describe the same thing? Ascorbic acid can be hard on your stomach, so you should have it with meals that contain meats, eggs, fish, and " good " fats like butter, coconut oil, etc. Also be sure to rinse your mouth well after drinking it because it can be hard on the teeth. Are you on my diet and supplements Miodrag? The best in health, Bee

It's frustrating -- I'm anxious to be fully on the diet & supplements... Re: Vit C -- it is better for me when I take with food. However, I only eat two meals a day (two dinners -- at ~ 11am & 7pm). The way my schedule is, it would be hard to have more meals -- and I'm not hungry between the 2 meals. How do I get 4,000mg vit C in -- if it's best to only take 1,000 mg at a time and best to take with meals? Thanks for your help,

IF you start with lower amounts and only gradually increase them, 4,000 mg per day will not cause loose stools. It took my friend quite awhile to be able to take 8,000 mg per day, but she did it very gradually. Bee

Only increase the amount every 5 days. Bee
Guest guest
Yep... when I started the supplements, I started 100% and not gradually. So for a few days I'm going to cut out one dose of C, and then add it back in. Still no diarreah, btw. Doug > ==>Hi Doug. The problem is not the amount of vitamin C.
