Sea Salt and Magnesium Question

I was told that I should be using UNREFINED sea salt. I just got Atlantic

unrefined Sea Salt. Have people used this brand?

My doctor told me to get Magnesium. I believed he said Magnesium Glycate

(spelling?) I can't find it anywhere. Anyone use it? If so, which brad is good

and where do you get it?
