Yeah I asked a few on that site too.

what I have learned about iodine is that dose is really important. today I

tried taking 50mg and just felt so unwell--I had to take another 50mg. then

I tried another 25mg--I am fine. :)

you really should be asking these ???? on iodine group. Sam, and

I take enough iodine but I don't think anyone else does.

I'm still feeling good tonight after taking an iodine dose today around

noon. I did notice when I was sitting in a recliner. I was kinda slinked

down in

the chair and I noticed my neck was a little tender. It's nothing that hurts

or anything. I never have thyroid pain like I know some people do get that.

My question is this. I remembered hearing that iodine might do this. I don't

remember exactly why. I do have Hashi's. I thought though that iodine is

supposed to reduce goiters. Does it do that, but enlarge the gland?

For Gracia who takes large amounts of iodine. Did you get this also? Do you

have Hashi's? If you did, did it go away or just stay the same? I'm guessing

it didn't get worse or you wouldn't take it.

Thanks
