Boy some people

on this group are hostile. I’m

getting some really nasty emails with reguards to this subject. Isn’t this a group for LDN not MS or

Aparetame? Someone is bent on turning

this into an MS group. Drop the

asparetame subject people. Get back to

the reason for this email group. I’m

sure those without MS are getting ticked off.

Totally agree with . MS has been around for

over 100yrs, so it hits the " it causes MS theories in the

head " . I know many people with MS who have never touched the

stuff.

A little bit of everything does no one any

harm.....moderation is the key.

Just my tuppence worth.

I don't think that Aspartame causes MS but i think that it is not good for people with MS. So why would you want to use it. My two cents

Marie, said that these kinds of side discussions are likely ticking off people *without* MS. We MSers are not the only people who use this list, which is for LDN. There are plenty of groups and lists for people with MS.

Galoux, who has never even used Aspartame but doesn't find the discussion to be germane here

I don't mind all the MS talk at all. I monitor this Board for information on autoimmune diseases and LDN for my daughter. However, I do find everything you MS people have to say very interesting. Could be very soon that a discovery in your area could help my daughter and others. So, MS people, say what you want as far as I'm concerned. I do hate the hostility I have read here lately, but, I'll bet even this is due to misunderstandings. We are, you know, separated by a common language!

Keep up the "nice Chat" everyone!

I think we can. In the Dutch group I started, we have various ppl.

Although very few, but respectful. We all follow different ways and

believes, but toghether we keep eachother posted on health issues

that may be helpfull. No matter if you have MS or something else.

Your health is always nr. one. And if someone in the group doesn't

like the topic, they just don't say anything, but let the others be

free to read or react. No hostility, no anger, no finger slapping

(or whatever its called in english;o))

The Aspartame debate seems to be have been going on for years. I don't

join in very often because it does not have much impact on me

personally. What I never understand is why I'm one of a tiny minority

who finds that the taste of anything containing Aspartame is horrible.

Perhaps my taste buds are tuned in to some chemical or other but

can't stand anything that contains Aspartame.
