Can you please explain how you felt before and after the iodine you took?

I have taken long term 50 mgs. per day. I cannot afford 100 mgs. per day;

that is just not financially feasible right now. Right now I am right around 25

mgs. plus a little more per day.

it's a little bit hard to explain b/c iodine works as a detoxifier--I felt

like my whole body was doing something on the cellular level. also I think I

needed more than 50mg Iodoral. but I felt stronger and more mentally alert.

after 3 months at 50mg I tried to decrease to 12.5mg and that one day was just

horrible--severe hypo symptoms. when I took more the symptoms went right away.

now I have been taking 100mg Iodoral for 9 months and tomorrow I will try 50mg
