Guest guest
No joyce I never said that... I said it needs to be studied for everyone's sake. A study would put it out in the public eye and the medical community. Wouldn't you like all doctors to know about this medication and its benefits? I think you misread what I said or you read someone else's post. I'm all for LDN. I even wrote to the MSaa requesting they do a study on LDN so that more can be known about its uses plus give it more validity in the medical community. son Owner/ operator Friends with MS.com or join our email newsgroup: FriendsWithMS/ -----Original Message----- From: wkendz 32 [mailto:wkendz32@...] Sent: Thursday, January 08, 2004 2:30 PM low dose naltrexone Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Unbelievable... Ok ...if you are not interested in trying the LDN please do not come in here making those comments about it not being studied. We all know that it has not been studied and we all certainly know why. This is a group that is interested in sharing info about LDN and positive reinforcement is quite necessary. Please keep those comments to yourself. We as a group do not feel the need for any clinical studies that may never come to tell us that it works. We don't need those negative comments. Oh and there is nothing wrong with hearing about Aspertame. Not everyone knows that this could be dangerous especially if you have MS. No one really knows at this point so nothing wrong with the warning. Please keep those negative comments to yourself...I know this will be hard for you but please do us that favor. Guest guest
Hi , Yes I think that this topic is a hot one and we all should probably take some time to think things out. I think what I read from your post was " I'm gonna stick with my injectables because there have not been any studies done " . I spose we are all just reacting to feelings that we've no doubt been feeling for so many months that tend to put us on the defensive when it comes to statements about no clinical trials...etc. I only meant that personally I could care less if there are no studies done as far as my taking it goes. I know personally that it works and would like nothing better then to see some studies done just so that many more could reap the benefits from taking it. I personally have seen that it works and would not need a study done in order to take it is what I meant. That is why I spend countless hours online discussing and sharing information about it. Have been doing that for at least a year now, once I discovered for myself personally that it indeed works. I think we should all spend more time discussing this in a positive light rather then arguing with each other and if anyone took what I said as an insult I am truly sorry. I think we have quite a nice group of folks that come here with one common goal in mind. It does sadden me when arguments happen cuz it only detracts from the common goal and that is to get the word out and to share info about it to anyone who is interested. Ok who hid the chocolate???....lol. JoyceF From: " son " <mommyv3@...> " 'wkendz 32' " <wkendz32@...>,<low dose naltrexone > Subject: RE: [low dose naltrexone] Unbelievable...
