My first night on LDN was wonderful!! Almost immediately I felt an

overall sense of well being. My mind felt clearer and less stress. I

slept deeply...although I did have dreams, but can not remember what

they were about. My 2 high school sons had to leave by 5:10am for

baseball and I didn't stress about it or obsess that they needed to

be awake.... and they got up and out the door even without my

stressing. My muscles feel looser. Is that less spasicity?? I am

very hopeful. Before my Dr. visit, I read a post about getting 1.5

md capsules, so I could adjust the dose as needed.

I think its

great. Sometimes just doing something

for yourself can be relaxing and help. I

bet it feels like your taking charge of your body again. That’s how I felt when I finally got on

a treatment for my MS. I was so relaxed

and slept great. Felt like I finally

had some controle again. Good luck to you on the LDN. Please let me know if any of your symptoms

improve and how your doing on it.
