So for the last 3 months or so I have been dealing with PMS every Saturday

evening through Wednesday morning marked by abdominal distention and water

retention 24/7. Usually one of those 3 to 4 days I would have some anxiety,

maybe some negative thinking, etc. The abdominal distention and water

retention usually starts around 8 PM or so and when I wake up Wednesday AM

(as early as 4 AM) it's gone. This last weekend it started around 3 PM on

Saturday which was disappointing. However, today around 12:30 PM I noticed

that my stomach had already gotten smaller and it just kept going down more

and more. By about 2:00 or 2:30 PM it was back to normal so this time it

ended much sooner. This may not seem like a big deal, but it sure is to me.

Just thought I would share something good especially with all the negative

stuff I have been posting about.
