Noclue,

Glutathione is necessary for every single cell in our bodies. If it is taken as a supplement, the stomach acids destroy it before it is absorbed. This product contains the ingredients necessary for our bodies to produce the "Glutathione" which is then NOT destroyed. It is a good product and well worth taking.

Regards,

Tom

Hi Marie,

If you take "Glutamine" our body converts it to "Glutathione". Mine is a powder that I mix with water or juice. Take on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning for sure. No ill effects of any kind. Extremely important with diets or missing meals.

Tom
