Guest guest
I've been having the 1-2 T. sauerkraut with meals for a long time now. Over the past few months I've tried the rejuvelac and love the taste as well as how right it feels for my body. Is it ok to substitute rejuvelac for sauerkraut or am I missing something I need if I do so. Thanks, Anita T.

Sauerkraut is important also because it aids digestion. You should have both. Bee

Also, thank you for the time you've taken to respond to my flurry of questions this past week. From my own experience, I know that grief can have many levels of shadow and light - it would appear you give to us regardless and I know we're being given a gift in that. Thank you. Anita T. Thank you for understanding about grief. It does have its ups and downs. It helps me to focus on helping others. Hugs, Bee
