Guest guest
I wrote to the customer service representative of the vitamin manufacturer about the soy in Complex B. They told me their B- 50 contains " trace soy " . Though they didn't intend to add it, it is not 100% soy free. They don't list " soy " or " soy bean " in the ingredients. Nor do they list them in the " free " list. Would the " trace soy " in Complex B cause problems? Fragrance
Guest guest
We are still here, but maybe nobody can answer your questions. What kind of problems do you mean? Are you allergic to soy? Or worried about the goitrogenic effect? If it is only trace then I wouldn't worry about the goitrogenic effect. When I look for Vitamin E I try to find a powdered version rather than a soy oil capsule, but that's a larger amount than 'trace'. Miriam > Hi, is there anyone here? Guest guest
I doubt such a trace soy would cause you any problems Fragrance. Most of us take Vitamin B complext without any adverse reactions. The excess your body doesn't need is excreted through urine. Guest guest
Unless you have a severe soy allergy then IMHO a trace will not harm you. .. .. > > Posted by: " fragrance_seen " fragrance_seen@... > <mailto:fragrance_seen@...?Subject=%20Re%3AWould%20the%20%22trace%20soy%22\ %20in%20Complex%20B%20cause%20problems%3F> > fragrance_seen <fragrance_seen> > > > Fri Oct 31, 2008 5:22 am (PDT) > > I wrote to the customer service representative of the vitamin > manufacturer about the soy in Complex B.
