Hi Sue,

I have heard that sometimes 10 years. My symptoms have come and gone over

the past 7 years, so it has not be on a continous basis. Right now this is

the first time this year that I have had the hot flashes. In fact now that I

think about them in the past few years they have come before at this time of

the year. I just have never gotten chills afterwards.

Hi Betty,

Mine have been going on for five years at least.

I used to get the night sweats and flashes but those stopped when I started

working on healing my adrenals this June... That was an nice change! Come to

think of it I used to get chills to and now I don¹t.....
