I started doing nutrition studies at uni and learned that if you take 1 gram of ascorbic acid 75% of it absorbs. If you take 3 grams only 40% is absorbed. So, if one takes 2 grams of ascocbic acid a little more than 50% is absorbed. Is this right? I've been taking 2 grams twice a day. Should I rather take 1 gram four times a day?
