Guest guest
Hello, I saw that Cabbie wrote in one of the posts - " If you intend making a serious attempt to adopt this treatment (the LDN) you must stop all the immune suppressant drugs first. " That was in reference to the ABCR's. What about Novantrone? It brings the white blood cell count down low and I guess suppresses the immune system that way. So would LDN be contraindicated in that case? Thank you, Tony
Guest guest
Tony, I take both Novantrone and LDN. My neurologist sees nothing inconsistent in that, and I don't either. The part of the immune system we're trying to suppress has nothing to do with endorphins. I know of some other LDN users who also use Novantrone. Guest guest
Hi, Tony. ABCRs are not immunosuppressants. They are immunomodulators. Novantrone *is* an immunosuppressant, but there are some of us who take both LDN and Novantrone. I'm one of them. I don't have a problem with that, and neither does my neuro.
