Guest guest
Hi , Both myself and my husband were Vit.D deficient. We both had the 25-hydroxy test and my doctor has me on 50,000 units twice a week. Bob is taking 50,000 once a week. We have different doctors and I have osteopenia which is why I take more. This is prescription and it needs to be Vit. D3. Hope this helps.
