Guest guest
After 10 days of fatique, extreme spasms, stiffnes and feeling awfull, I feel great! Almost no spasms, clear, not tired, bit dizzy, stabile, and can stand without going into complete stretch spasm! I've been to a doctor here in Holland, who agreed with me in all the ways our research has been headding and what we came up with. He thought I was a doctor myself because I know so much about medication regarding MS treatment and diets. He was very surprised to hear that its all self-study;o) The doctor prescribed LDN in 1mg caps and gave me a free hand to experiment. I noticed that when I tkan 2-3mg early in the evening 8- 8.30pm, I feel best and have no trouble of any kind. But that goes for me. Its so clear to me that every MS patient is very unique. In cause, symptoms and the way their illness developpes. Every doctor should try to make their treatment personal and not throw everything under- oh it MS, can't do anything. There is a lot to do against MS- symptoms, like LDN. Its just not the same for every (MS) patient. Gr. Chey

Guest guest
I am only 5'4". I have thought about changing my goal to 135, but I have NEVER been able to get below 150 as an adult, so I didn't want to push it. Right now I am kind of in a zone and the band is working really good for me. I can't eat more than a few bites, but I had a couple of days last week where I could eat a lot more. It's kind of weird, I don't really understand how it could change like that. I am really pleased with where I am on this journey and the support you all give through this board is fantastic!
