Guest guest
Hi everyone Got a tip today about how to save on my meds. Have my DR write my perscriptions for double the dose, then cut them in 1/2. that way u can get 2 months worth for 1 months cost. Example: I now take .75mg of Levothyroxin. I will ask my DR to make the prescription for 1.50mg and cut them in half. I pay only $4 for them at Walmart... so this way I will have 2 months supply for $4 Same with my atenolol 50mg. Just make it 100mg and cut in half. And save money on PLAVIX TOO! Have my DR prescribe 150mg and cut them in half! wow that would save me some money. I pay about $33 per month now for 30. that is with insurance. by doing this it would be like paying $16.50 per month. Just a thought and wanted to share with all of u Shanna
