Guest guest
CARRIE I TO TAKE VITAMIN D IN A MULTI VITAMIN AND DON'T KNOW OR RATHER AM NOT SURE OF ANY OTHER BENEFIT OTHER THAN MAKING BONES STRONG ENOUGH NOT TO BREAK. I KNOW SOME DIETS SAY TO STAY AWAY FROM DAIRY PRODUCTS AND OTHERS SAY SOMETHING ELSE. I WAS WONDERING WHAT D3 WAS ALSO. AS FAR AS THE STIFFNESS IN YOUR LEGS GOES, SOMETIMES IT NEVER GOES AWAY. Guest guest
I too would like to know what D3 is I will check my pharma links etc… later But as far as dairy is concerned the diets are usually anti dairy to different levels from what I’ve read. If you decide not to have dairy make sure you get calcium in other forms… especially females as females have a higher rate of osteo and those who have MS and have taken steroids should be taking bone density tests and taking the D and calcium or atleast that’s what my doctors say… and the information I have learned via net seems to be the same.
