Thanks, Ira. I'll try to help out wherever I can. Please let me know

of anything that needs to be called to my attention.

I appreciate the freedom we have here to discuss and debate different

methods of treating hypothyroidism. Were it not for your efforts to

keep the spam and porn out then IMHO this list would be destroyed in

short order.

I would ask that all members continue the consideration and courtesy

usually shown by most members so hopefully I won't have anything to do!

[ggg] In any event the most I can do is assist Ira; I _am not_ a full

fledged moderator as he does not have the ability to appoint anyone.

Ira has mentioned Grouply, a controversial subject. Some people seem to

think it's great and others think it's a spam work of the devil. Until

it/if is clear that it is not spam I concur that we should not allow it

here. I know that it is banned on a lot of sites.
