Guest guest
I know many of hypoT sufferers take vitamin B complex(sublingual is better?) for aiding the improvement of defficiency and the iron levels. There are so many brands of them, for example, GNC, Source Natural, etc...It is hard to choose amongst them, And some said that it would be better that they are iodine-free. So what are your choices? Please kindly share your supplement and the manufacturers. Fragrance
