==>Hi Mike. I'm so happy I am helping you get healthy! There is no

better purpose in life, eh? Yes, you can put oil of oregano in

gelatin capsules, and you wouldn't lose any benefits.

==>You could also dilute the drops in coconut oil so they aren't so

strong in your mouth, or put drops in the bottom of a small glass and

add hot water (not so hot it burns) and toss it down. Oil doesn't

mix well with water but this works okay. When I need the boost of

oil of oregano or clove oil I use this method and also add liquid

chlorophyll, followed by plenty of water.

Cheers, Bee

Yes... they sell it in gelcaps, and it wouldn't hurt the oil any at all

to take it that way. I have some. 6 years ago, when I did

antifungals, I would put some drops in water, stir it up and drink it.

Seems like it's too strong to sit under your tongue... no wonder your

mouth got irritated!!! :)

It's needed in your belly and gut much more than in your mouth.
