My son has been on LDN since April of 2000. LDN stopped his progression of RR, without a doubt. He continued to have exacerbations though from time to time and those stopped 2 years ago when he went on a 75% raw food diet and started taking enzymes for digestion with meals and for the systemic effect at bedtime. That combination completely stopped the exacerbations until fhe had one this month. With the LDN, he no longer had problems with heat, no more fatigue-- started going on 25 mile bike rides etc. he still has the bladder frequency so he has just gone to the LDN 4.5mg dose to see if that does it since many have reported that it has. He has tried this dose for 3 nights now but is not sleeping as well. Does anyone know if this eventually goes away and a good sleeping pattern is restored? and also how long it took those who had the bladder improvement to see the difference. he hasn't noticed any difference yet. We recently switched to Skip's Pharmacy because we wanted to make sure it was being compounded properly and then found that we were paying $60/100 capsules at Key Pharmacy and Skip's only $30/100. Any comments will be appreciated. Helen

Hi Helen,

I have been on LDN for 7 months and have not seen any improvements in my bladder frequency. I still get up every two hours all night long. But I see a lot of other improvements. so I'll just be happy with that. I have been on 4.5 mg for about three or more months. Hope that this helps.

Marie
