Remember I wrote that I was doing so well? Not anymore. Thursday I

started with the 1mg caps my new doctor prescribed. 3 caps at 9 p.m.

and sometimes 1mg in the afternoon against stiffnes. I wondered why

my great feeling is gone and spasms are back (not full, but too

much). I noticed that the caps are made of Nalorex. Before that I

took 3 mg Revia. Does anyone know if there is a difference between

Revia and Nalorex? They are both 50mg Naltrexone. How can there be a

difference? But I have the feeling it does. can anyone help me?

It appears that Nalorex may be a foreign (not USA) form of Revia. Also, it

may be generic naltrexone which, according to some sources, generic drugs

are not formulated to the degree of accuracy or quality control that brand

name drugs are. Theoretically, they should be formulated to the same degree

of quality control but, I don't really know.

You might increase your dosage to 4 mg to see if there is any noticeable

difference in the way you feel. If you do, please report back to us.
