Guest guest
Judging from preliminary reports the LDN Conference in Galway was a huge success. Joyce I believe gave the talk of his life! He played a blinder. Most of my family and friends attended and were literally over whelmed by his speech. n Quinn could not attend but Lorna and Terry McDevitt flew from Scotland to contribute and were a huge asset. The conference room spilled out to the hallway and I believe most signed the petition. It is safe to say that 'The West is Awake!'. I am pumped! Guest guest
Now we wait...The Irish Government has a huge incentive to fund a trial because they pay for all MS meds currently. They will not act without pressure. Various institutions are willing to carry out a trial but are still in need of funding. The conference was significant because it was advertised by MS Galway and had a large turn out. As long as the word on LDN gets out, and Ireland is not that big, it will be aired more on radio and debated. Then the pressure will mount on local politicians to act. For maximum crediblity, a trial needs the backing of the Government. Educating the people on LDN is the first stage. > And so, what happens next? > Dan > > > > [Original Message] > > From: mboylebradley <mboylebradley@v...> > > <low dose naltrexone > > > Date: 1/16/2004 5:08:48 PM > > Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Irish LDN Conference > > > > Judging from preliminary reports the LDN Conference in Galway was a > > huge success.
