I am craving it Big TIme. I muscle tested it and was extremely attracted to it! So I wondered what the nutrient value of liver was and this is what I found. http://www.foodgenius.com/index.cgi?action=nutrition & ndb_no=5028 I did have a couple of changes. I left out the mace because I didn't have any. I used coconut oil with butter wax to cook the livers in(did want to waste the raw butter by heating it and didn't have enough) and used raw butter to blend with. YUM!
