About 95% of hypoT people do fine on T4 only. Most of the rest are on this list. Chuck

Guest guest
hi alisa many ppl like Armour thyroid better but docs also don't know how to Rx it. yes many ppl with hypo are also anemic. look on http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com hope you are feeling better. Gracia Hello Everyone, I had a doctor's appointment this past week and saw my lab results. My TSH level was 60.67 and my hemoglobin level was 7. The doctor said that I have severe anemia. My question is: Is there any correlation between hypothyroidism and anemia and do B 12 injections help? Also, I have heard that Armour thyroid supplements are more effective then synthetic ones, is there any truth to this? Thanks so much for any insight that can be provided. Guest guest
Gracia, I agree with Chuck For me, I found I convert T4 to T3 very well, maybe too much and strongly! My FT3 level is always almost the same as FT4 level. For example, when my FT4 is 40% , the FT3 is almost 40%, too. when FT4 is 50%, the FT3 is almost 50%.
