I just got my test result back.

It says 20 w/a reference of 10 - 291

Am I low? Too low, how low?

And what are all of the implications?

My D is low too.

Can ya'll suggest a good daily dose and product type

for D & Iron?

Thank you much.

Ali - are you in the Army hospital system?!  They are often bad about getting

labs back to patients and equally bad about interpreting and explaining the

results!

Ali,

Try http://labtestsonline.org/

It's a website created by lab techs that explain what the lab test

results mean.

Supposedly, the best source for vitamin D is to get at least 10

minutes of direct exposure (go outside) to sunshine...hard to do where

I'm at right now...back to back snow and ice storms moving through our

neck of the woods...just got 4 inches yesterday and projected to get

another 8 - 12 over the next 2 days...followed by a bit of a day of

break to be followed by more freezing rain and snow...

hth,
