you MUST get iodine to be well.

http://www.optimox.com

then you MUST get Armour. T3 just will not do it.

Gracia

I have not been properly managed in three bouts of Graves followed by

several years of obvious (now) hypothyroidism with horrendous depression.

Recently as mentioned I have been placed on T3 and am slowly working

up the dosages. I have begun to notice an improvement in general

wellbeing though a lot is need to make me well in life. <thanks all

commentators>

But recently I took a raft of facial photo's to swap with friends and

today on looking back over the ones I never would use <g> I am

appalled to note a very definite hypothyroid shape creeping into my

eyes expressions.

I sincerely hope that I have caught this in time and that all such

physical references' to thyroid illness with repel with proper

supplementation, time and self-nurture.

IS that likely to be the case? I am not destined to look ever so

slightly guppy-eyed for the rest of my life??

Yes, thanks, I am throwing in Kelp tablets at the moment until I can

get something more useful and will contact my consultant this week by

letter to suggest I start Armour over here in the UK. He will likely

send me a prescription by post which I can have filled somewhere and

start before I next visit him in Sept.
