Guest guest
And do your best not to yield to it. Some mornings it takes me forever to get moving, and yet I know that if I will just push on through it will get better. So tough sometimes though! ----- Original Message ----- From: " Sally " <salpal@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Wednesday, February 04, 2004 4:16 PM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Fwd: now stiffness > Before rising from the bed STRETCH...STREEEEEETTTTTCCCCCHHHHH!! > > Love, SallyC. > > " cheystay " <c_chey@h...> wrote: > > Just that terrible stiffness in the morning, hate it!! Guest guest
CHEY BEFORE I EVEN GET OUT OF BED I STRETCHAND THEN LIFT MY LEGS TO MY CHEST. ONCE I'VE DONE THAT I GO TO THE SIDE OF MY BED AND TOUCH THE FLOOR ( HOLDING ON TO SOMETHING ), THEN I DO LEG SQUATS. I TRY TO DO 10 OF THOSE BEFORE I TRY TO DO ANYTHING. AFTER THAT IF I FEEL ALRIGHT I GO TO MY WALKER AND TRY TO WALK ABOUT 20 YARDS. I HAVE TO TELL YOU SOME DAYS I CAN HARDLY WAIT TO GET BACK TO MY WHEELCHAIR. THEN IF I FEEL STRONG ENOUGH I TRY TO DO THAT WALKING AGAIN 2 TIMES A DAY. I HAVE TO TELL YOU ALSO THAT ALOT OF THE TIMES I DON'T MAKE IT TO THE NEXT TIME. BUT THAT SEEMS TO HELP ME IN THE MORNING.
