Hi Sandy I think it was that cursed us.) She told us to take this back and now this A M it's -40 at least no wind yet. Yes I too have noticed a big lack of the restfull sleep but then the cold weather and my one hundred day mark hit at the same time. Today I am very stiff and sore, yesterday (because I am stupid) I took an extra 3.0mgs at 2:30 P.M. I thought what the heck somebody got less spacticity by taking it during the day once. Well I tell you Around 4:30 My legs locked up and I hit the floor like a sack of potatoes,a perfect three point landing knee elbow and head all hurt today and never slept good at all last night. I guess that's why I am retired. Reg in sub zero Alberta

Hi Group........I read a group member referring to our LDN sleep as endorphin sleep...is anyone feeling less rested as in .....a dream REM sleep from 3 to 7 am and NOT much deep Delta sleep........Our Immune System kicks in in the early AM n'est ce pas..right........and So if we are cruising in endorphin dream REM sleep......when are we getting the delta deep sleep which is when the Immune System kicks in....I'm now sleeping better when I take LDN at 9:30 Pm BUt from 3 to 7 am its all REM sleep and I'm feeling not 100 % rested the next day...any feed back would be great Sandy In also freezing cold Montreal......
