Hi Sandy I think it was that cursed us.:o) She told us to take this back and now this A M it's -40 at least no wind yet. Yes I too have noticed a big lack of the restfull sleep but then the cold weather and my one hundred day mark hit at the same time. Today I am very stiff and sore, yesterday (because I am stupid) I took an extra 3.0mgs at 2:30 P.M. I thought what the heck somebody got less spacticity by taking it during the day once. Well I tell you Around 4:30 My legs locked up and I hit the floor like a sack of potatoes,a perfect three point landing knee elbow and head all hurt today and never slept good at all last night. I guess that's why I am retired. Reg in sub zero Alberta
