Rem verses Delta sleep

Hi Group........I read a group member referring to our LDN sleep as endorphin sleep...is anyone feeling less rested as in .....a dream REM sleep from 3 to 7 am and NOT much deep Delta sleep........Our Immune System kicks in in the early AM n'est ce pas..right........and So if we are cruising in endorphin dream REM sleep......when are we getting the delta deep sleep which is when the Immune System kicks in....I'm now sleeping better when I take LDN at 9:30 Pm BUt from 3 to 7 am its all REM sleep and I'm feeling not 100 % rested the next day...any feed back would be great Sandy In also freezing cold Montreal......
