Not I. It is too complex a subject. The best we could do is a series of

guidelines with the caveat that there will be exceptions to every

criterion. People have tried to automate diagnostics before, but doctors

could not agree on the flow chart, except for a few things that are so

obvious, you don't need a doctor to tell you what's wrong. That is why

they say it is as much art as science.

You also could not write a short recipe for composing a beautiful

symphony. You could, however, teach someone to play several instruments

and give them long classes in music theory. That might at least get in

the ball park.
