A question about pituitary function:

if my TSH output seems to fluctuate properly with T4 supplementation

(more T4 = less TSH), can I assume that the pituitary's adrenal

feedback loop will also be functioning properly? Has anyone had a

bad ACTH Stim test, but has good thyroid feedback?

No, it is a matter of magnitude of the response in addition to direction.
