Guest guest
Galoux you are so right about the long messages. I get the digest and I feel like between all the spaces and the info after every message all I do is read the same thing over and over. Then I go on to the next e-mail from the group for that day and read the same thing again. On another note, I am interested in vit D and after reading DrMercolas website about it I am a little afraid of taking too much of it. I would rather take cod liver oil for the winter and I think I have it right that I would not need to take D, right? Then in the summer he says to take fish oil instead which means I would have to supplement with vit D. Now if you live where it is sunny, I do in Vegas, then I would think I wouldn't need any D in the summer. Is this logical? As soon as I think I know what vitamins I want more come up. Now Dr. Mercola is saying how important and underused vit K is. Does anyone have a really good multi vitamin they use that has all the things we need in it? My sink counter is becoming quite cluttered with all mine and the dogs supplements. Thanks Chris P.S. I haven;t noticed anything from Sullivan in quite a while, does anyone know how he's doing? Guest guest
Some Doctor's believe that if your skin is exposed to sunlight a minimum of 20 minutes every day that you do not need to supplement with Vitamin D. Exception to that is if you live in the Northern Hemisphere, of which Las Vegas is not, you need to supplement the Vitamin D in the winter months. Guest guest
They do not have any Empthy.(sp) Do do not care about others, My issue is knowing when to react. I keep my DD feet to the fire, I told her just the other day, when she begged to ride another child's scooter, and when she was done with it she just drop it to the ground, discarding it, and walking away. They way I see it, just b/c you have a problem does not mean you have the right to disrespect other people or their things.
