Guest guest
Hi I think that you really need some kind of diet for MS. I personally feel lousy when I eat the wrong foods. I am also suffering from the holiday eating. I think that the first thing is that you need to find out what foods you are allergic or sensitive to and remove them from your diet. And then just try to eat healthy. I think anything in moderation. I can't handle junk food anymore so I am on the Dr. Roy Swank diet. Everyone is not the same maybe you won't have to be so ridgid as I am. Whatever works the best for you. Guest guest
I had about 3 elisa test done and they all came out different. The only food that showed up on all three was dairy. Eggs showed up on 1 of them, so I am very confused. Marie Deady wrote: > Hi > I think that you really need some kind of diet for MS. I personally feel > lousy when I eat the wrong foods. Guest guest
Keep in mind that’s Bihari’s point of view just like it’s several neurologists that there is nothing to LDN… and also keep in mind Lawrence suggests the Zenwa diet for MS and it is just like the Best Bet Diet only it adds Tomatoes and Citrus to the list of no no’s I am sure there are several on LDN not following a strict regimen like myself.. I am only trying to get onto the Best Bet Diet.. hard to find things to eat here and to cut out other items but I am slowly getting them out of the diet. And I am doing well on the LDN so far. Having kids two and four or even having a larger family to consider is always an issue but being a parent it is easy to say this is what is for dinner… in my family you ate what was put on your plate and it was disrespectful not to… everyone is different though. I also loved the veggie plate and making salads. I also loved fruit salad.. so I was lucky from the start that way. You may be able to work with the kids that way too. Making meals that are half and half for them and more strict for yourself… Whatever you choose to do I hope you choose to try all you can do to fight your MS. Good luck, From: Braun Doherty [mailto:BD@...] Sent: Tuesday, January 13, 2004 8:44 AM Spotlight_ldn ; LDN Group Subject: [low dose naltrexone] speaking of die Speaking of the diet thing, when I first spoke to Bihari he said diet has nothing to do with it and I can eat anything I like. I have 2 kids (2 and 4) which makes it even more difficult. Is there anyone out there that is doing good with LDN but doesn't do any diet regiment??
