This is our permenant home from now on.These recipes, meals, and menu suggestions have been created by various people who are following the advice in Ashton Embry's "Best Bet" treatment essay. Before trying out these recipes, make sure you know what you are allergic to. The most important test is the ELISA test, as stated in Ashton's essay. You will notice that there is a wide variety of recipes. Some of these may seem to contradict the advice given in the "Best Bet" essay. This is because of the different allergies people have. The diet is mainly low fat in which you eliminate gluten, dairy, eggs, yeast and legumes. These recipes have been developed by caregivers and people with MS. One of the important things about a new diet is its variety. We took standard recipes and adapted them. We would like to acknowledge the following people who have unselfishly contributed their recipes to our pages.
