Hello! I have two questions. One is, does anyone know what supplements

(vitamins, minerals, etc.) can help boost the thyroid naturally.

My second question is, has anyone out there quit smoking WITHOUT

gaining weight? I continue to hear about the weight gain that comes

after quitting, but my hopes are that this will not happen to me

because of the fact that I smoke only three to four cigarettes a day.

Any answers please?

some people lose weight, some people gain weight when quitting. i know

some people who said they just weren't hungry anymore when they stopped.

you sort of have to go ahead anyway, lose or gain, and stop the blasted

things. you'll b e better off for it. keep us posted on your success

story!
