Guest guest
Speaking of the diet thing, when I first spoke to Bihari he said diet has nothing to do with it and I can eat anything I like. I was at first excited but I know whenever I eat dairy, nitrates or just a lot of " crap " in general I get worse. I am now suffering for my holiday eating. I find this diet so hard. I have 2 kids (2 and 4) which makes it even more difficult. Is there anyone out there that is doing good with LDN but doesn't do any diet regiment??
